After renaming the sis in rar, decompressing and running the file, the following message box appears:

The Language DLL 'VB6FR.DLL' could not be found.

And that's it with all the codes..

CAN THE NOKIA 3230/6600 BE USED AS A NORMAL WEBCAM??
I'M not talkin about setting up an ftp / video streming just wanna know if it can be used as a normal webcam!
i understand tat webcams r available at dirt cheap prices but iwould also like to further enhance my knowledge on this
is there any application tat can be used to achieve this ??
any help on this topic will be greatly appreciated!!
