WavePad is a sound editor for Windows that lets you make and edit voice and other audio recordings. You can cut, copy, and paste parts of recordings and, if required, add effects such as echo, amplification, and noise reduction. :)
ตัดเพลง mp3 แล้ว save เป็นไฟล์ wav ได้สบายๆ สามารถเลือก format ของ wav file ได้เพียบ โหลด plug in -> Switch มาด้วยน่ะครับ พอ install Wavepad เสร็จ โปรแกรมจะให้เลือกปลั๊กอิน :)

ชายไม่เป็นอะ ช่วยบอกวิธีใช่หน่อย ลองทามแล้ว เสียงเบามากเลย เร่งเสียงยังงัยอะ ขอบคุณมาก
